Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities1. Set up and improve of group’s compliance of management system;
2. Annual check or subsidiaries company's licenses
3. Arrange filing of Group’s contracts, certificates and other documents;
4. Follow up the compliance of group’s business departments’ processes;
5. Cooperate and support financial audits.
Job Requirements
Requirements：1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in law is preferable;
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
3. Have certain legal understanding and managerial skills;
4. Familiar with process of annual check and certification of domestic companies;
5. Able to withstand the pressure of work, patient, accurate, have good communication skills.
6. Experience in of compliance management in hotel or real estate industry will be a plus.
