Position Responsibilities Teaching Plan and Curriculum Design Develop annual, semester and unit teaching plans based on the school's syllabus and curriculum standards. Design and prepare syllabi, lesson plans and teaching materials for Physics courses to ensure that the teaching content is scientific, systematic and practical. Adopt a variety of teaching methods and approaches to stimulate students' interest and initiative in learning, taking into account the actual situation of students and the characteristics of the subject. Organization and implementation of teaching activities Organize and implement classroom teaching according to the teaching plan to ensure teaching progress and quality. Guide students to perform physics experiments and analyze data, and cultivate students' practical ability and scientific thinking. Organize regular classroom discussions, group work and individual tutorials to enhance teacher-student interaction and promote student learning. Student Assessment and Feedback Design and implement student academic assessment programs, including exams, assignments, classroom performance, etc., to objectively and fairly evaluate students' learning outcomes.
