Job responsibilities
1, the organization of the annual work plan of the Ministry of Finance and annual budgeting, organization of the departments to prepare the financial budget, presided over the consideration of changes in the financial budget; 2、Responsible for accounting, organization of costs, expenses, receivables, payables and other types of accounting activities, and review the accounting work reflected in the operating conditions are true; 3、Study national tax policy, master tax planning skills, develop tax planning program, review the exemption, credit, refund accounting, guide accounting staff to do a good job in tax-related business for tax inspections, and assist in handling tax refunds; 4, dredge financing channels, maintain good relations with financial institutions, choose the optimal financing program, raise the funds required for the company's daily operations, to ensure the supply of funds; 5、Responsible for the allocation and management of funds, audit the use of funds within the company's internal units, regular organization of cash inflow, outflow and cash balance of the situation analysis; 6, the organization of fixed assets inventory, fixed assets accounting and fixed assets input and output benefit analysis; 7, the preparation of financial statements and financial analysis reports (including financial income and expenditure, accounting data and other routine analysis); 8, external dredging, coordination and maintenance of business and liaison work with finance, audit, taxation, banking, industry and commerce, accounting firms and other related organizations, and timely handling of business transactions between the company and its; 9, to complete other work given by the superior.
Job requirements
1, bachelor degree or above, graduated from financial management, accounting, finance and other related majors; 2, more than 5 years of experience in financial positions, more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing financial manager and other positions, with building materials industry experience, listing preparation experience is preferred; 3, proficiency in financial management, accounting, statistics, auditing, management accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting and other professional knowledge; 4, proficiency in various types of financial statements, financial analysis reports and other financial analysis tools; proficiency in financial budgeting, accounting, tax planning, capital operations, cost control and other related professional tools and methodologies; familiar with financing management, capital operations, asset management, audit and internal control managers are preferred; 5, skilled use of Microsoft Office and other office software and ERP financial software, familiar with SAP system is preferred.
