We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Arab Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job requirements
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Actively listen to customers' concerns and provide empathetic and effective solutions.
Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
