Job responsibilities
Job Description: - Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Keep employee records up to date to ensure data integrity; Track and analyze key HR metrics, provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making. - Support the administration of learning and development programs. Coordinate training sessions and help manage career development initiatives. - Assist in the performance review process. - Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives. Contribute to improving HR policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.
Job requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment & handling employee relations. Has experience in AIoT solution and service or related industry is advantage. More experience will be considered as HR Manager. - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talents. - Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
