Job responsibilities
1. Implement talent recruitment plans based on the company's strategic goals, departmental talent demand plans, and development status;
2. Pay attention to industry talent trends, explore and optimize effective recruitment channels, and fully utilize various recruitment channels to obtain the necessary talents for the company;
3. Responsible for the deployment of recruitment, salary performance, and training modules both domestically and internationally;
4. Establish and maintain a database of applicants; Improve the recruitment system and process, regularly analyze and evaluate the recruitment effectiveness, improve recruitment efficiency, and do a good job in cultivating employee talents and building a talent pool platform for the company
5. Understand employee relationships, such as employment rules for domestic and overseas personnel, risk management, etc;
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources or related fields;
2. Having over 5 years of practical experience in large-scale or high-end technology, research and development, and job recruitment; Leading work experience in overseas talent recruitment
3. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills;
4. Fluent spoken English
