Job responsibilities
Tasks and responsibilities:  Create strong and profitable growth in China,  Develop new market segments with customized and profitable strategies,  Develop regional sub dealers,  Develop a clear key account structure,  Optimize contribution margin by shorten cycle times,  Develop engineering/consulting/knowledge capabilities within company group,  Improve local quality management,  Implement motivating team structures,  Managing several departments (Production, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, HR/Finance/Admin, Sales).
Job requirements
Minimum requirements:  At least 5 years experience of sales experience,  At least 3 years in selling technical products,  At least 2 years of working experience related to premium equipment/innovative devices,  At least 3 years of management experience in China Native language:  German
