1. College diploma or above, aged 26-35, with a background in refrigeration, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields. 2. At least 5 years of experience in frozen container technical services. 3. IELTS total score of 5 or above, with no individual band below 5, within the past two years, or achieve this score within 2 months of employment. 4. Strong logical thinking, independent working ability, and strong learning and practical skills. 5. Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good team collaboration, and coordination and communication skills.
