1. Plan and manage department operations. 2. Develop and streamline departmental work processes. 3. Coordinate resources and lead engineering and technical design, modifications, and related management tasks according to the company's strategic development plan. 4. Set work objectives for the engineering department and monitor and improve work outcomes based on the company's experience and goals. 5. Oversee technical management related to products, including but not limited to process improvement, introduction of new processes, new product introduction, automation implementation, tooling and fixture development, capacity efficiency improvement, and TPM promotion. 6. Manage manufacturing-related equipment, including but not limited to equipment evaluation and introduction, equipment and parts management, and equipment improvement promotion. 7. Plan and manage factory and workshop layouts, including but not limited to layout area planning, logistics planning, capacity planning, and promote improvements and modifications. 8. Lead the company's technical renovation management to continuously improve production efficiency. 9. Manage the technical processes, quality, and production of electronic control component manufacturing to ensure quality and delivery. 10. Manage the technical processes, quality, and production of PACK manufacturing to ensure quality and delivery. 11. Manage engineering department personnel, including talent development and performance evaluation. 12. Promote the implementation and integration of IT systems, ERP, MES, and other internal systems within the company. 13. Execute other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. CET 4 level or above in English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use English as a daily working language. 2. Proficient in lithium battery PACK production processes. 3. Proficient in production process knowledge of electronic control components. 4. Proficient in production process knowledge of wiring harness components. 5. Proficient in IAFT16949 product development processes or IPD development processes. 6. Familiar with project management knowledge. 7. Familiar with lean production-related knowledge.
