Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1、Develop strategic marketing plans for selected high value products, including analysis of customer segments, competitor analysis, business trends and market opportunities. 2, Develop and execute compelling and bold tactical marketing plans for new and/or existing select high value products. 3, Drive demand development for these product portfolios by providing and evaluating the quality of market-qualified leads for a team of technical sales specialists. 4, Develop customer personas for each product portfolio segment and implement customer segmentation programs to build global audiences. 5、Create and implement appropriate technical marketing content through digital channels such as web, video, social media, paid search and display advertising. 6、Collaborate with product management, R&D and commercial teams to develop sales force selling tools, technical training and customer-facing materials. 7、Serve as a brand ambassador to understand, maintain and communicate our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of the marketing program. 8、Coordinate with global functions to ensure alignment with brand profiles and company standards. 9、Interact with various levels of internal and external personnel, including direct client communication, public speaking and teamwork. 10, May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.
Job requirements
Job Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy development. - Understanding of the following key competencies: the 4Ps, 3Cs and marketing mix, marketing communications, communication channels, marketing channels, segmentation, value propositions, and marketing program development and execution. - Technical knowledge of vehicles or cryptocurrencies preferred. - Experience with product area marketing plans, general knowledge of operational plans or industry practices for promoting and selling similar products. - Excellent communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills. - Must possess keen business acumen and a customer-centric philosophy. - Experience in marketing and Voice of the Customer VOC.
