Job responsibilities
1. Develop and expand business for photovoltaic projects in the European market, build urban ecological cooperation platforms, manage resources, and maintain the company's brand image, ensuring the completion of strategic goals and operational plans set by the group company or board of directors.
2. Implement the company's annual business plan and objectives, and monitor and provide feedback on business development.
3. Collect industry and market information, analyze competitors, and understand the commercial operation model of the European market.
4. Experience in the full-cycle management of residential distributed photovoltaic projects.
5. Guide and supervise business departments to achieve performance targets.
6. Coordinate internal company resources to advance various business developments.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields from a recognized university.
2. Proficient in English (or German) in reading, writing, and speaking; experience studying abroad and working in multinational companies or overseas preferred.
3. Over 10 years of sales management or operational management experience in the photovoltaic industry with medium to large new energy sales companies.
4. Familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage industry chain, with a deep understanding of its development prospects and industry status.
5. High overall quality with entrepreneurial passion and enthusiasm, skilled in shaping a strong team spirit, possessing a strategic vision, good professional ethics, and the ability to handle work pressure.
