Coordinate internal company resources to advance various business developments.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields from a recognized university. 2. Proficient in English (or German) in reading, writing, and speaking; experience studying abroad and working in multinational companies or overseas preferred. 3. Over 10 years of sales management or operational management experience in the photovoltaic industry with medium to large new energy sales companies. 4. Familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage industry chain, with a deep understanding of its development prospects and industry status. 5. High overall quality with entrepreneurial passion and enthusiasm, skilled in shaping a strong team spirit, possessing a strategic vision, good professional ethics, and the ability to handle work pressure.
