Marketing Support Work
Assist in market research, collect and analyze market data to provide data support for marketing strategy development.
Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans, including online and offline event planning, selection and optimization of promotion channels, etc.
Assist in writing marketing copy, including advertisements, promotional materials, social media content, etc.
Track the effect of marketing activities, conduct preliminary data analysis and report organization.
Operation Support Work
Assist in daily operation work, such as content update, user feedback collection and processing, etc.
Participate in user operation activities, including user growth strategy development, user relationship maintenance, etc.
Assist in analyzing operation data and provide optimization suggestions to improve operation efficiency.
Participate in the development and optimization of product promotion strategies to enhance product exposure and user activity.
Cross-departmental collaboration
Maintain close communication with other departments (e.g. product, technology, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and operation activities.
Participate in cross-departmental projects, assist in completing project tasks, and improve teamwork skills.

Fluent in English

Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin)
