Job responsibilities
1、Develop tailored product marketing plans for multiple games and platforms, including vision, goals, strategies, tactics and budgeting. 2、Direct the successful execution of marketing campaigns to ensure outstanding creative experiences. 3、Collaborate with product managers and teams to develop plans for release milestones. 4、Create communication channels to ensure transparency to users throughout the product release and lifecycle. 5、Lead marketing decisions to prioritise the player experience and get the best results for players. 6、Act as a partner in product strategy, advising on market potential, pricing and distribution channels. 7, Build, lead and develop a small team of marketing operations.
Job Requirements
1、Requires more than 4 years of marketing experience in the gaming industry through all stages of the product. 2、Management experience in setting up a team of direct subordinates. 3、Experience in successfully planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns. 4, Understanding of how successful marketing impacts players and how different strategic choices for producing out-of-game content can directly impact product acceptance. 5, Comfortable working in a flexible, high-growth organisation. 6, Knowledge and understanding of eSports and its participants, and trends in social-first multiplayer gaming experiences.
