Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and sales of the company's medical devices and equipment in overseas markets, achieving sales targets and fostering healthy business growth. Utilize sales tools to collect and analyze market conditions in the region, identifying potential sales channels and agents.
2. Familiarize yourself with the company's products through learning, accurately analyze and position the product market, and carry out planned and efficient product promotion to enhance market share.
3. Collect and analyze customer distribution and competitive product information in the assigned region, uncover potential sales opportunities, and formulate effective market sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
4. Conduct hospital and distributor visits and promotions in the assigned region to accurately understand customer needs. Achieve cooperation through effective communication and negotiation, maintaining a healthy partnership.
5. Coordinate customer relationships, promote harmonious cooperation among all parties, and maintain long-term positive relationships with experts and key clients in the region to improve customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in biology, medicine, or a related field. Proficiency in English as a working language, with good communication skills.
2. Experience in developing and selling medical devices and equipment in overseas markets.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong analytical and judgment abilities. Able to adapt to high-pressure situations and long-term travel.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to endure hardship, with good teamwork and cooperation spirit.
5. Excellent professional ethics and strong market development capabilities.
