Maintain communication with parents and other educators, report on children's learning progress and needs, and participate in educational decision-making together. 6. Maintain and organize teaching resources and materials to ensure that children's learning environment is full of fun and excitement. 7. Participate in teacher training and educational activities to maintain understanding and practice of the latest teaching methods and strategies.
