Job responsibilities
Accounting Management (supporting financial statement reporting, auditing, and VAT declaration) Translation (Chinese-English-Russian) Maintenance of mailing office supplies and equipmen, Scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing office layout Ordering stationery and equipment to maintain office conditions Arranging necessary repairs, organizing office operations, coordinating with the IT department for all office equipment to ensure all projects are invoiced and paid on time Managing contracts and prices with office suppliers, service providers, and office rentals Negotiation management, budgeting for general office management expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Providing general support for visitors
Job requirements
Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, resolving employee inquiries about office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements), and coordinating with facility management suppliers, including cleaning, catering, and security services. Planning internal or external events, such as parties, celebrations, and meetings. Undertaking other duties and responsibilities assigned to staff from time to time by the directors and the board. B.S degree, native russian speaking, with related office managment experience, the better in technical major.
