Job responsibilities
Human Resource Management: Responsible for human resource management at the UK subsidiary, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Manages existing employees' attendance and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals. Handles employee relations management, including but not limited to resolving employee issues, promoting teamwork, and enhancing employee satisfaction. Administrative Management: Manages daily office operations, including the procurement, maintenance, and management of office supplies. Oversees the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Manages office lease contracts and renewals, as well as the maintenance of related facilities. Financial Management: Manages the employee reimbursement process to ensure compliance and accuracy of all expenses. Monitors and manages the subsidiary's budget, controlling costs, and improving financial efficiency. Third-party human resource service Management: Collaborates with third-party human resource service providers to manage the recruitment, training, and daily management of outsourced employees. Evaluates and monitors the quality of outsourced services to ensure they meet company standards and business needs. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensures all business activities comply with local UK laws and regulations. Identifies and manages business risks, and develops appropriate risk mitigation measures. Other: Collaborates with the headquarters and other regional teams.
Job requirements
 Currently based in the UK, with a valid work visa for the UK.  Experience in recruitment, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, and payroll management.  Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
