Job Responsibilities: 1. manage the production of new products from start-up through mass production phases. 2. collaborate with the team to drive ramp readiness with engineering and operations, focusing on overall capacity planning, production process scalability, and overall ramp-up plans for multiple plants, including plant space and line qualification. 3. control and manage day-to-day build activities including input planning, validating outputs, requesting DOE's and commissioning. 4. ensure there are no material shortages and align with the planning team on any material related issues, daily material CTB reviews and residual material clarifications. 5. manage all operations related communications through the organization, escalate critical issues and present solutions and risk mitigations to cross-functional executive teams. 6. drive cross-functional teams for production to achieve sustained yield growth with optimal product quality. 7. manages project budgets and controls actual costs and works with teams on claims.

1. Experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development 2. Result oriented and detail oriented. Strong communication skills. Ability to solve tough problems and drive cross-functional teams to completion 3. 3+ years of overall industry experience 4. Proficient in PPT and Excel, Keynote and numbers, spoken English, CET6.
