Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Project planning and project initiation: according to the company's development strategy, responsible for market research, demand analysis, risk assessment of overseas projects, and formulate project plans to ensure the feasibility of the projects. Project execution and management: Responsible for the entire execution of overseas projects, including progress control, resource coordination and problem solving, to ensure that the projects are carried out smoothly according to the plan. Communication and Coordination and Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with overseas partners, governmental departments, customers, etc., establish and maintain good cooperative relationships to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Risk Management: Identify possible risks during project implementation, formulate risk response strategies, and ensure that project risks are controllable. Report Writing and Reporting: Regularly write project progress reports and report project status to internal management to ensure project information is transparent and accurate.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; - 25 years old or above; - At least 6 months of overseas study or work experience and at least 6 months of work experience in a management position in a company. - Fluent in English, preferably other languages of the destination; Chinese language preferred. - Proficiency in office software; - Sales and marketing skills, strong destination knowledge, interest in legal matters, strong communication and intercultural skills, good organizational and structured working skills, result-oriented.
