1. Professional Skills: CET-4 or above in English; familiar with the use and maintenance skills of company equipment products; 2. Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience; 3. Knowledge: Understand company product knowledge; familiar with after-sales maintenance skills of company products; 4. Skills: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; good communication skills; strong customer service awareness and service skills; high work efficiency, attention to detail, patience, and strong sense of responsibility; 5.
