Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: -Service and support company's direct customers with integration, field installations, field operations and repairs. -Troubleshooting and testing of the company system. -Improving efficiency and safety at customer sites. -Programming of new installations. -Programming of tools and accessories (Eco system). - Identifying quality issues and writing reports. -Acting as the company technical representative on customer site. -Mandarin skill is required. Requirements: -Engineering degree in electro mechanics, system integration or automation (or equivalent by experience) . -Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation and integration projects, preferably in an implementation environment. -Customer oriented and willing to travel. -Detail oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. -Solid understanding of computer programming (C++, C#, Python) and software development. -Ability to troubleshoot equipment, perform complex system tests and strong problem-solving skills.
