1. Coordinate the planning, surveying, design, production/integration, construction, and acceptance of relevant technical solutions and technical resources for the project. 2. Participate in design reviews, handovers, and control changes arising during construction, ensuring the deliverability and cost-effectiveness of on-site technical solutions. 3. Identify and manage key technical risks in the project. 4. Assist the technical director in liaising with internal and external technical teams to ensure timely resolution of major technical issues during project delivery. 5. Communicate and report with Huawei's on-site technical team, and summarize technical issues daily. 6. Possess strong communication and coordination skills.

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Electrical and Automation Engineering or Civil Engineering, with a solid foundation in the relevant field. 2. Over 2 years of experience in electrical design, understanding the composition and principles of photovoltaic power generation systems, or experience in large-scale civil projects. Experience with photovoltaic projects is preferred. 3. Familiar with high and low voltage distribution systems, with knowledge of the technical performance and application of common electrical components. 4. Proficient in using CAD and other drawing software, capable of preparing technical documents and designing construction drawings. 5. Proactive, responsible, and strong team player. 6. Attentive, meticulous, and responsible professional attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability to periodic overseas travel. 7. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
