Job responsibilities
Polish Operation & Customer Service Specialist
1. Responsible for the establishment, operation, promotion and maintenance of amazon store;
2. Responsible for sales of amazon Europe, editing, organizing and uploading product data, maintaining and optimizing listing page;
3. Studied various marketing means, continuously optimized and improved marketing promotion programs;
4. Timely provide customers with pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services;
5. Improve store policies and systems to maintain good credit;
6. Make regular statistics of sales and inventory, make inventory assessment and maintain a good inventory turnover rate;
7. Pay attention to the sales dynamics of similar products on amazon platform, analyze product prospects, evaluate market capacity, and develop other new products and popular products with market potential;
8. Communicate and cooperate with other departments to complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, international trade, e-commerce, foreign language;
2. Proficient in polish or native language, able to communicate with customers;
3. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong learning ability and able to work under pressure;
4. Interested in cross-border e-commerce, with strong interest in and enthusiasm for B2C online store sales;
