Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Public Relations Strategy Formulation and Implementation According to the company's strategic objectives and business development needs, formulate public relations work plans and strategies to ensure that public relations activities are consistent with the company's overall strategy. Organize and execute all kinds of public relations activities, including but not limited to press conferences, media interviews, industry forums, social welfare activities, etc., to enhance the company's influence in the industry and society. Media Relations Maintenance and Development Establish and maintain good relationships with mainstream media to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of company information. Organize regular media communication meetings to convey the latest developments and important events of the company and enhance the media's understanding of and trust in the company. Monitor and analyze media reports on the company, respond to and handle negative news in a timely manner, and maintain the company's reputation. Government Relationship Coordination and Management Maintain close contact with government departments to understand policy dynamics and provide policy support and guidance for the company's business development. Coordinate the handling of cooperation projects between the company and government departments to ensure the smooth implementation and completion of the projects. Participate in the formulation of major decisions for the company and provide policy risk assessment and suggestions for the company. Crisis Management and Response Establish a sound crisis early warning and response mechanism, and formulate crisis PR plans to ensure rapid and effective response when emergencies occur. Organize and coordinate the crisis public relations team to release information, clarify facts and handle public opinion in a timely manner to minimize the impact of crisis on the company's reputation and business. Partner Relationship Establishment and Maintenance Establish good cooperative relationship with business partners to jointly promote business development. Organize regular partner exchange activities to enhance mutual understanding and trust, and promote the landing and implementation of cooperative projects.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree and above. - English native speaker. - 2 year working experience. - Being an excellent communicator both oral and in writing. Professional in press release writing. - Experience and great knowledge in IT(especially Smartphone industry) and PR is a plus. - Enthusiastic in social media and familiar with the operation of different platforms.
