 岗位职责/ Responsibilities：1) 负责新产品导入，建立项目团队，安排并定期追踪项目进度；Responsible for new product introduction, establish project team and regularly review/follow up the project progress;2) 定期与客户沟通项目进程，及确定相关进度、材料、技术、质量等事宜； Timely communication with customer to determine/address the all related to the new project, as progress, materials, technical process, quality and etc.; 3) 负责并跟踪ECO的评估、变更和执行；Responsible for ECO evaluation and implementation as well as the follow- up with the changes and updating if any;4) 领导内部团队确认实施客户要求，与客户沟通解决所发生的问题，以确保产品平稳量产；Lead the internal team to check, confirm & implement the customer’s requirement, negotiate/discuss with customer to solve the problems happened whenever necessary in order to make sure the project going to mass production smoothly & finally;

 任职要求/Qualifications：1) 本科及以上学历；Bachelor degrees or equivalent;2) 3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉电子产品组装流程；3~5 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry, international working environment Is preferred;3) 英语口语，读写流利，可直接与客户英文电话沟通；Good oral & written communication skills, in both Chinese & English;4) 熟悉PPAP(FMEA,CP,SPC,MSA,等)，熟悉6-Sigma, Lean ManufacturingFamiliar with PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA and quality system; Well known 6-signa &Lean manufacturing5) 性格开朗，工作认真，具有很好的团队合作能力；Proactive, result oriented, fast learner and team player.
