Post duties: 1. responsible for system analysis, requirement analysis, requirement document preparation, system modeling, Demo design and other related work in the project. 2. all requirements need to be identified with customers and track the realization of requirements and landing.

Requirements for office: English: good listening, reading and writing / working language: English 1. Bachelor degree or above of computer related major; 2 or 3 years of software requirements analysis work experience, successful participation in more than two large-scale product requirements analysis work, the property industry experience is preferred; 3. Familiar with the requirement research method, have strong business process and business model analysis and design ability; be good at controlling demand, carry on the scope of version and project scope management; have rich customer (and internal) communication experience, can quickly grasp the core needs; 4. Be familiar with software engineering theory, grasp the method of software requirement acquisition and analysis, at least be familiar with a development language and a database. 5. Strong documentation preparation ability; familiarity with CMM document specification is preferred. 6. Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
