Job responsibilities
+ Carry out and update project plans and follow up project schedule + Control and calculate the cost budget and work out the staff planning + Communicate and coordinate with customers about the project deliverables, problems and follow up on continuous improvement measures according to requirements + Organize meetings and take the minutes + Prepare regular reports and presentations + Prepare, track and issue monthly delivery notes, invoices and KPI reports + Support HR for recruiting of new employees using local platforms + Support finance with accounting and employee reimbursements + Actively participate in customer and project negotiations for new projects + Support projects to guarantee the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction + Actively support the corporation in its marketing activities for the Chinese market using local and international platforms
Job requirements
+ Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, vehicle, automotive, material or equivalent education in a related subject) + Min. 3 years’ work experience as a project manager in the automotive industry. + Quality assurance, supplier management, component localization or analysis related working experience is highly preferred + International OEM-Group experience will be highly preferred + Good communication, coordination and organisation skill + Fluent Chinese and English speaker. German is preferred. + Good knowledge of quality standards and tools within the automotive supply chain + Good command of software, e.g. MS Office + Open-minded, self-organized, team-player
