Job responsibilities
Job Description: - Proficient in the company's product technology, focusing on technology trends and industry characteristics in the enterprise IT and BI fields, assisting in organizing marketing activities and promoting the industry market; - Pre-sales support for BI products and projects, including product demonstration, product training, technical communication, program development, POC and bidding; - Assist in completing the writing of documents such as requirement compilation, competition analysis, integration solutions, project cases, etc. for products and projects; - Participate in the establishment and promotion of pre-sales system, including pre-sales consulting methodology, pre-sales tool refining and industry case refining. - Collaborate with Sales, cooperate with business trips to explore customer pain points to provide solutions, solve customer problems with optimal efficiency, and stabilize customer relationships. - Actively understand customer's user experience and feedback, take the initiative to understand the competitor's features, organize the competitor's comparison, and regularly compile and present the product feature optimization and user experience report to the product team.
Job requirements
Job Requirements: - Graduate of Bachelor's degree or above, science and engineering background, native Japanese, with at least 5 years of relevant technical experience; - Patience in communicating with people, high stress tolerance, clear thinking, strong collaboration skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to create business trust relationships with customers at decision-making level; - Strong learning ability, outstanding logical thinking skills and good math foundation; - Motivated, proactive and innovative integration skills, good self-driven and strong sense of responsibility; - Proficient use of at least one database engine and management experience, familiar with SQL Script, Excel, JavaScript and other skills. - Good document reading and writing skills, good at using presentations to summarize work experience. - Experience in ToB industry solution introduction (finance, manufacturing, retail, real estate, logistics, energy, etc.). Additional Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Representative, or Program Management related roles for a B2B SaaS system service provider. ● 1+ years of experience in a Web Software Full Stack R&D job category is preferred, Node.js related experience is a plus. ● Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or other global brand BI tools. ● Crystal Report, JasperReport, FastReport and other reporting tools design and development experience. ● Self-developed EXCEL analysis work.
