Job responsibilities
职位描述
1. 负责日常支付、单据等管理，确保准确及时；
2. 及时提供每日银行流水并确认客户回款，确保应收款余额的准确性，及时反馈回款进度；
3. 对接外部会计事务所，整理相关单据并进行业务确认；
4. 对接外部劳务事务所，处理人力相关事宜；
5. 日常运营相关事务协作。
Job Requirements
任职资格
1. 本科以上学历，财经相关专业，1年以上相关岗位从业经历；
2. 具备基本的数据处理能力，有良好的数据敏感性；
3. 自主学习能力强、自我驱动力佳，抗压能力好；
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、理解能力、团队合作意识强；
5. 具有日语和中文语言能力。
