Our core value is to deliver the World Class Design and Built for the product range we made using our OEM factory facilities and also we endearvour on the ODM business model for our customer who wants to have a World Class Quality products.Our team is well train with ONP and SOP to have the seamless communication with our customer to ensure they get the products on time.Job Office: Foshan, Guangdong Province, ChinaJob Title: Quality Control ManagerBrief Job Description:Quality Control Manager is responsible for oversee and manage all inspection activities, inspection process and quality standard for Tricom. This includes defining inspection workflow, managing QC staff inspection activities and define quality standard for Tricom. Works knowledgeably within Tricom products, with factories to ensure all products ship to customer meet the quality standard.Major Duties and Responsibilities: Define quality standard and inspection procedures for all products Analysis root cause of quality problems and work with factories and internal departments in implementing corrective / preventive actions Propose solutions to solve production quality issues and trouble shooting Communicate with factories to identify potential issues or problems in advance from line setup and process control Support product development in developing test and action plans Work with the QC staff in frontline to have effective inspection Lead and manage QC team members by setting clear objectives and providing ongoing performance feedback Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:i. Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;ii. Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer);iii. Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;iv. Job requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:• University Graduate qualification in Quality Assurance / Manufacturing Engineering / Quality Engineering• At least 5 years in quality assurance experience • Well understand of ISO, UL and EU standard • Demonstrate leadership and effective team building skills• Good multi-cultural communication skills, with experience in working in Asia or in different cultural and business environments is preferable• Speaking and understanding Chinese language is preferable, fluent in English is a must
