Job Description Part We are looking for an experienced Quality Operations Manager to lead a team of material sourcing and quality technicians. The Quality Operations Manager will monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The Quality Operations Manager will work with global management and location supervisors to implement quality measures. This is a fast paced, hands-on position that will work with global management as well as directly with the local suppliers to ensure quality is built in from the start and add value to our product. Primary responsibilities include deploying the quality initiative, implementing best practices, leading a strong local quality team, ensuring a responsible supply network, managing supplier relations, and improving overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead a group of quality professionals by providing supplier management, audit & compliance, and product safety guidance to the local team Collaborating with global management to develop and implement initiatives, controls and continual improvements Ensure Quality (Material and Finished Goods) by working w/ supplier (Audits) Provide Reports and Direct Communication with United States and Bangladesh Locations Administration oversight of Accounting, Office Operations, IT and etc. Proactive in developing processes and systems to build the quality into the product Monitoring and analyzing quality performance to assure shipments of FG and RM are qualified (Vendor Management) Measures of Success Deploy and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) established by corporate Continually scrutinize and provide value-added solutions for all activities that affect product quality Create, implement, and manage best business practices for quality management, supplier audit & compliance, testing criteria, and associated reporting Develop and manage reporting systems to suppliers, customers, and management including CAPA’s, product /factory audit summaries, QA budget/ expense, end-user feedback, etc. Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards. Ensure customer 3rd party testing requirements are satisfied on time and within budget Be a subject matter expert at the China Office on quality, regulatory, and legal requirements impacting the business’ products Review current standards/ policies and update as needed to maintain the highest level of industry compliance
Job requirements
Experience Quality Management: 5 years (Required) Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) Experience using QA software tools and processes (Preferred) Internal and External Audit Experience ISO 9001: 2 year (Required) ISO 13485: 2 year (Preferred) Qualifications Languages: Proficient English and Mandarin Chinese (Required) Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Quality) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills US work authorization (Preferred) Compensation Approx. USD $50,000-60,000 Annually
