Job responsibilities
1、Responsible for making annual plan and budget according to that of headquarter and Global Direct Selling Business Division;2、Review and approve the organization chart of regional human resource according to strategy of Global Direct Selling Business Division;3、Responsible for the recruitment, training and arrangement of key talents of region and all branches;4、Responsible for monthly payroll approval and release of regional and all branches;5、Responsible for implementation of corporate culture and education training system of region and all branches;6、Responsible for labor cost control and forecast7、Other work assigned by region president and HQ management team.
Job requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above in major Human Resource or Enterprise Management;2、Fluent in written and spoken English;3、Familiar with office software;4、Above 5 years experience as HRM in fast moving consumer industrial;5、Good communication and coordinating skills, planning, organizing, understanding and executive capacity, learning and innovation capacity, flexible and strain capacity, should be a good team player full of passion.
