Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities: 1、Responsible for anchor operation and paid operation of social products in Turkey region, including but not limited to Big R operation; 2、Tiering users and developing different operation management strategies, responsible for the growth of business indicators (active and revenue); 3、Cooperate with the product manager to sort out user feedback and market research, communicate with users, refine the demand optimization points from users and promote the landing; 4、Operation work on a regular basis for data analysis and summary, according to the data to further optimize the operation program, for the ultimate goal is responsible.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: 1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of regional operation experience in Turkey; 2, Experience in successful pan-entertainment/social/game operation projects with certain operation methodology; 3, Have the habit of continuous attention to social and voice room products, and have your own analysis and thinking about the head products of domestic and foreign pan-entertainment/social track; 4, good communication and expression ability, fast learning ability, certain user insight and analysis and refinement ability, open-minded, willing to learn and grow; 5, love to explore and research, encounter problems through a variety of methods to seek solutions and promote the landing.
