Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing suppliers for externally purchased production/non-production materials or logistics-related businesses, ensuring supplier development meets the needs of R&D, production, and quality departments, and ensuring supplier qualifications meet the requirements of the company and business unit during the contract period. 2. Responsible for negotiating with suppliers on behalf of the business unit and signing relevant procurement agreements, ensuring the legal validity of the cooperation between both parties. 3. Organize relevant departments to inspect and evaluate potential suppliers, classify and reserve resources based on the current supplier situation, ensuring sufficient supplier resources and reliable supply channels. 4. Responsible for procurement cost control, leading business negotiations and periodic price reduction discussions based on market conditions to ensure the rationalization of procurement costs and conditions. 5. Maintain and update supplier information, business terms, and pricing information, ensuring the completeness, timeliness, accuracy, and validity of all data; assist in communication with domestic colleagues.
Job requirements
Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) or proficient in Hungarian, Portuguese, Thai, Indonesian, or Turkish, with the ability to use the language for work.
