1.Appearance: Minimum height of 160cm, well-groomed and professional appearance. 2.Age: Candidates aged 30–35 years old (within the age range). 3.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese (business-level fluency required). 4.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior Japanese restaurant manager or assistant manager. 5.Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts. 6.Working Hours: -Operational hours: Approximately 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM. -Daily shift: 8–8.5 hours (rotating schedule). -Fixed weekly day off: Every Tuesday. Additional Notes: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
