Job responsibilities
Spend the first 6 months to 1 year learning about company products and business processes at the China headquarters, followed by assignment to Russia/Brazil after training. 1.Market Development: Research market trends, identify potential clients, and expand sales channels. 2.Project Planning: Participate in the planning and execution of market expansion projects to ensure success. 3.Lead Management: Clean, organize, and follow up on sales leads, assessing their potential for conversion into sales opportunities. 4.Customer Communication: Actively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and provide preliminary solutions. 5.Sales Support: Assist client managers with customer visits and business negotiations in the assigned region, providing necessary sales materials. 6.Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, evaluate sales effectiveness, and provide a basis for adjusting sales strategies.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Economics and Trade, Languages (Spanish, Russian), with preference given to international students from related language regions (Russia/Spain). Must possess excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and leadership abilities. 2.Familiar with marketing strategies and sales techniques, with a certain level of negotiation skills and client resources. 3.Strong sense of responsibility and execution abilities, able to withstand considerable work pressure. 4.Proactive and passionate about market development, with a strong sense of teamwork.
