Job responsibilities
Responsibilities Develop sales strategies and plans: According to the company's strategy and market environment, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets; Analyze market dynamics and competitive situation, adjust sales strategies to improve sales efficiency and market share; Supervise and evaluate the implementation of sales plan, adjust the strategy in time to ensure the smooth implementation of sales activities. Sales team management: Set up, train and manage sales team to improve the professional quality and business ability of team members; Setting performance targets for team members, monitoring and evaluating their performance, providing necessary guidance and support; Motivate team members, create a positive working atmosphere, and improve team cohesion and execution. Customer relationship maintenance and development: Maintain good communication with customers, understand customer needs and provide satisfactory products and services; Tapping potential customers, expanding sales channels and improving market coverage; Organize regular customer activities to strengthen customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales data analysis and reporting: Collect, organize and analyze sales data to provide basis for decision-making; Regularly report sales progress, market changes and team work to superiors; Write sales reports, summarize sales experience, and put forward suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
Job requirements
Experienced in Chemicals/Petrochemicals Industry. Experienced with products like Sulfur, Bitumen, Base Oil, RPO and Waxes etc. Professional Level English Language. Good Sales Skills and tactics. Good Communication Skills.
