Job responsibilities
position statement:
1. Formulate personal sales strategy according to the company's overseas strategic planning and annual business plan, decompose and implement it, and develop the relevant orders of overseas customers in the mainland or overseas;
2. Cooperate with other departments / roles, organize and develop a variety of sales means, and can develop customers in the global field, complete sales plans and payment collection tasks;
3. Establish and maintain customer relations, and maintain good cooperative relations with upstream and downstream partners;
4. Cooperate with relevant departments to participate in the negotiation and signing of key customer / project bidding or key contracts, and be responsible for the approval of general contracts;
5. Regularly conduct market research and analysis of overseas manpower outsourcing, project customization, solutions and system integration, master the market dynamics, and have excellent communication, coordination and organization skills;
6. Have a good and in-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information and give feedback to the corresponding departments / roles, and provide enterprises with a strategic basis for business development and price positioning.

1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limited, proficient in the language of the country where your own customer resources are located, Mandarin, speaking, speaking, able to conduct market development and daily business activities in countries with potential customer resources or their own customer resources according to work needs;
2. More than 5 years sales experience in IT industry, including more than 2 years sales experience in IT products, solutions, manpower outsourcing and system integration;
3. Customer resources required: energy, manufacturing, chemical industry, finance, communication / mobile phone manufacturers and other customer resources in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East. Can marketing manufacturing process execution management software (MES) products or solutions are preferred;
4. Excellent customer development / public relations / maintenance ability, team coordination, organization and control ability;
5. Able to deeply cultivate existing customers, and also have the ability to develop independent new customers;
6. Good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of customer service, high team spirit and strong ability to resist pressure, able to adapt to the needs of business trips.
