Job responsibilities
Responsible for positioning and strategy on the TikTok platform, combining brand philosophy and business objectives to set a reasonable growth plan for the platform account matrix, and being accountable for the scale of the matrix and the construction of the platform ecosystem, as well as supervising the daily operations of the accounts. Building and managing the platform operations team, data-driven, leading the team to execute efficiently and achieve goals. Conducting in-depth research on overseas market preferences and TikTok's distribution mechanism, producing videos that meet platform and user preferences, creating viral hits, and driving internal traffic. Maintaining a good cooperative relationship with the TikTok platform and continuously exploring potential opportunities to empower content and brand influence.
Job requirements
5-8 years of work experience in the entertainment/content industry, with experience in team/business building and management, overseas business, or MCN operations preferred. Understanding of the distribution mechanism of overseas short video platforms, with keen insight, good at grasping content creativity and key market trends, and having successfully created viral cases. Willing to face challenging tasks, adept at integrating resources to solve problems, and possessing excellent leadership. Based in Bangkok, with English and Thai as a working language.
