Responsibilities:- Analyze the market, search and develop new suppliers in order to build strong supplier panel;- Provide accurate cost analysis results to assist in the formulation of the sales price and the cost of procurement;- Run RFQs to chose qualified supplier based on sourcing decision to achieve localization and new product project requirements;- Negotiate with suppliers of all kinds of commercial agreements to optimize price level;- Manage and supervise the supplier performance to reduce supplier risk;- Applies and implements SCM standard, tools and processes. Qualifications:- Engaged in the of metallurgical machinery design or manufacturing process planning Preferred;- European and American companies purchased more than 3 years work experience, familiar with the procurement of raw materials, castings and forgings, and equipment, are familiar with the terms of the contract business;- Skilled in English for communication and negotiation, listening, saying and writing ability;- Pleasant personality, good communication skills, teamwork spirit;- Honest, responsible, meticulous and responsible, pro-active;
