Client Needs Analysis:
Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs, preferences and project objectives to ensure design solutions meet client expectations;
Communicate effectively with clients, explain design concepts and provide professional advice.
Space Planning and Design:
According to project requirements, develop spatial layout plans, including floor plan, elevation design, lighting, selection of furniture and decorations;
Drawing and presenting design drawings using professional design software, including floor plans, elevations and renderings;
Considering the functional needs of the space, flow design, ventilation and lighting, etc. to ensure the comfort and practicality of the space.
Material and color selection:
Select building materials, decorative materials and furniture that meet the design style and project budget;
According to the design theme and customer needs, select appropriate color matching scheme to create a harmonious visual environment.
Job Requirements
Job requirements: 1:
1. Major in Fine Arts, Art Design, Computer Science and Technology, etc., with a college degree or above;
2. Individuals with over one year of experience in foreign design work can engage in simple Chinese communication;
3. Familiar with design software such as PS, CAD, and 3dmax;
4. Has strong comprehension, comprehension, work coordination, and creative abilities.
