1. Adhere to national and local design standards, norms, and regulations in design work, and conscientiously implement the technical documents formulated by the company; 2. Liaise and confirm design conditions externally, organize and sort out relevant information, fully understand the design intent, and review whether the data provided by relevant professionals meets the requirements; 3. Explain and discuss design drawings, schemes, and technical conditions with designers and draftsmen; 4. Participate in contract reviews, identify technical risks in contracts, track and implement necessary revisions. Prepare for professional design according to project schedules. Obtain necessary design conditions, information, and agreement documents before engineering design; 5. Strictly adhere to the project schedule plan, achieve a 99% fulfillment rate of design tasks, participate in the drawing review of newly started project construction drawings in a timely and effective manner; attend the technical briefing of processing detail drawings organized by the performance department to ensure design quality; 6. Participate in technical research and development work organized by the company and the department, and complete tasks on time.

1. A college diploma or higher, with a preference for majors such as Civil Engineering or Engineering Mechanics; 2. Possess a solid conceptual understanding of steel structure design and proficiency in using relevant calculation software; 3. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork; 4. Must have a spirit of hard work and dedication, be obedient to arrangements, proactive, and highly responsible.
