Job responsibilities
I. Strategic Planning and Consulting Client Needs Analysis: Thoroughly understand and analyze clients' strategic needs, including their development stage, current issues, business or policy objectives, etc. Strategic Planning Formulation: Design and write strategic planning proposals tailored to clients' needs, including the breakdown of medium- and long-term goals, implementation pathways for short-term objectives, and specific action plans. Consulting Solution Implementation: Assist clients in formulating strategic development plans, annual business plans, and guide their implementation to ensure effective execution of strategic plans. II. Market and Industry Research Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and opportunities to provide supportive recommendations for clients' decision-making. Industry Research: Conduct industry research tailored to client needs, gather competitor information, and stay informed about industry dynamics and corporate developments. Data Analysis: Utilize tools for strategic and industry analysis to organize and analyze collected data, forming valuable insights and reports. III. Project Management and Execution Project Research: Participate in project preparation, such as project materials, research outlines, and research activities. Responsible for organizing interview content, inspection images, recordings, documents, and other materials. Special Research: Conduct special research in various fields such as industry, enterprise, and region according to departmental project needs, proposing creative, forward-thinking, and practical solutions. Report Writing: Under the guidance of the project manager, be responsible for writing portions of reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Project Management: Overall management and coordination of projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and quantity completion. IV. Client Communication and Relationship Maintenance Client Communication: Engage in deep discussions and exchanges with clients to understand their needs and provide customized consulting services. Relationship Maintenance: Actively maintain client relationships, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty while actively exploring new clients.
Job requirements
Education Background: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Management, International Relations, Public Policy, and related fields preferred.The recruitment target is individuals with Russian nationality. Work Experience: Candidates with experience in corporate consulting, industry research projects, and familiarity with basic processes of enterprise management practices, strategy formulation, and implementation are preferred. Competency Requirements: Strong logical thinking, learning ability, and innovative mindset; adept at communication, coordination, and expression; familiar with tools for strategic and industry analysis; good mental resilience and high stress tolerance; excellent teamwork spirit.
