1. Undergraduate degree or above, fresh college graduates with majors in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, and related fields, or a background in science and engineering from an excellent university; 2. Have certain Chinese communication skills; 3. Individuals with European or American citizenship (English, American, Australian, Canadian, New Zealand) or whose first language is English. 4.
