Job responsibilities
1.Collaborate with colleagues from overseas offices, under the authorization of business units, to assist various business units in meeting the needs of overseas customers. By engaging in in-depth communication with clients, identifying explicit or potential needs, analyzing and understanding them, guiding clients, and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
2.Assess the effectiveness and feasibility of opportunity points from a technical/product perspective, and participate in the judgment of true and false opportunity points.
3.Lead internal requirement discussions (including functionality, performance, DFX, legal regulations, etc.), translate customer requirements into design requirements, promote internal team understanding and consensus, form initial product specifications, and lead the output of competitive overall product solutions.
4. Guide various domains to comprehensively complete detailed design schemes that are cost-effective and competitive, and collaborate with AR to seize opportunities.
5. Lead the communication and implementation of requirements changes and technical issues with the client throughout the entire process.
6. From the initial proposal to SR communication with clients before project approval, the project kickoff meeting will begin with PM integration.

Job Requirements
1.Graduated from an electronics related major, fluent in spoken English, with good communication and adaptability skills.
2.More than 3 years of development experience in home appliances, power tools, garden tools, controllers, electric drives, BMS and other products in the field of new energy is preferred.
3.1-5 years of experience in product hardware, software, and other development, with over 1 year of experience in overseas project coordination. More than 1 year of team management or project management experience.Solid and verifiable track record of over-achievement.
