Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Channel Development and Management - Responsible for the development of retail chain channels in the US market, identifying and establishing cooperative relationships with potential strategic customers. - Maintain existing key account relationships to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction. - Develop and execute sales plans for key accounts to drive coverage and sales growth of the company's products in retail channels. Business Development - To be goal-oriented, actively explore new market opportunities and identify potential customers and partners. - Take the lead in contract negotiation and signing to ensure that the cooperation agreement is in line with the company's business objectives and at the same time meets the needs of customers. - Continuously develop the retail market and expand product penetration in different market segments. Sales Execution and Achievement - Responsible for the development and achievement of key account sales targets, and continue to drive regional sales growth. - Ensure effective landing and execution of sales strategies through in-depth business analysis and program management. - Provide reliable sales forecasts and regular business reports, and report market trends and project progress to the company in a timely manner. Customer synergy and resource integration - Assist major customers in developing in-store promotion plans, visual displays and sales enhancement programs to help achieve Sell-Through (end-to-end sales conversion). - Work closely with internal marketing, product and operations teams to ensure resources are aligned to support customer needs. - Understand and provide feedback on key account needs to optimize the company's product positioning and sales strategy in the channel.
Job requirements
Job Requirements Work Experience - 5+ years of sales experience with successful chain retail channel development and management experience in consumer electronics, fitness equipment or related industries. - Experience directly interfacing and successfully working with large retail chains (e.g. Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, etc.) is preferred. Competency Requirements - Strong business development ability: ability to develop new customers and new markets, with the spirit of “hunter”, able to take the initiative to find and seize opportunities. - Systematized sales skills: proficient in sales process, including customer development, demand analysis, negotiation and contract signing, and follow-up cooperation management. - Drive and motivation: goal-oriented, with the tenacity to consistently reach sales targets in a high-pressure environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills: able to efficiently coordinate company resources, build trust and reach consensus with customers. Educational Background - Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business, marketing or related majors. Other Requirements - Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to accept traveling within the U.S. and adapt to working patterns with clients in different regions.
