Job responsibilities
What you will do: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth in the Chinese and Asian market using Douyin, TikTok, and other advertising solutions available in the region. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to acquire new users through these channels. Conduct market research and traffic analysis to identify and improve performance of advertising to key user segments. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and adjust strategies to meet acquisition goals and maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and product, to create new advertising approaches, drive engagement and retention among users. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry organizations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms, and identify new opportunities to drive user acquisition. Work closely with local partners, such as platforms and influencers, to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Job requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field (media buying, acquisition marketing, mobile marketing, lifecycle marketing) Experience in mobile app marketing is required Great understanding of digital and social media and trends in Chinese market Strong research and analytical skills Experience in working across global cultures will be a plus Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
