Job responsibilities
1. Conduct research and analysis on product competitive positioning/potential value points, key usage scenarios, and other specialized topics under guidance. This includes collecting and discussing requirements, breaking down research topics, designing research plans, managing project processes (including communication with overseas suppliers), analyzing data, and writing reports. 2. After product launch, conduct rapid quantitative research on purchasing drivers and user feedback in different overseas markets. Output core data results, synchronize with business units, and perform cross-market comparisons based on data from different countries. 3. Develop and maintain an understanding of competitive dynamics, economic environment, consumer trends, and other potential business opportunities in key overseas countries through interactions with overseas business teams, business trips, and necessary desktop research. Incorporate these insights into daily research work and provide deeper interpretations of objective data results. 4. As a representative for overseas regions at headquarters, manage local coordination for about one overseas country. Maintain close interaction with local department colleagues and other business teams. Continuously enhance familiarity with local business and users through research, visits, and other methods. Contribute to the establishment of a local insights system, address local business research needs, and support product planning.
Job requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors such as Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Experience in qualitative research/face-to-face interviews, capable of using qualitative interviews to delve deeper into category usage behaviors and understand underlying aspects of users, including attitudes and aesthetic values. (Bonus: Experience leading or deeply participating in scenario-based research is preferred.) 3. Basic experience in quantitative research, proficient in using Excel or SPSS, able to quickly clean raw data and produce cross-tabulation tables. 4. At least 4-5 years of experience in consumer insights/market research (experience with both client and agency sides is acceptable). Preference for experience in 3C/electronic consumer products. 5. Research project experience should focus on product-oriented research rather than retail research, industry research, or user experience. Ideal project types include U&A (Usage and Attitude), market segmentation, etc. Research content should cover target user profiles, product positioning, usage scenarios, opportunity identification, churn analysis, etc. 6. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing), capable of conducting overseas qualitative research.
