Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily cooking work of the Western cuisine kitchen, ensuring the production of high-quality dishes according to menu requirements. 2. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality and hygiene of food. 3. Familiarize oneself with Western cuisine ingredients, master correct processing and storage methods, control ingredient usage and cooking time. 4. Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and be responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. 5. Participate in the development of new dishes and menu updates, while assisting other kitchen positions.
Job requirements
1. Applicants must have a vocational school diploma or above, and their major should be related to cooking. 2. Should have at least two years of experience in Western cuisine cooking and be familiar with the production process and techniques of Western cuisine. 3. Familiarize oneself with Western cuisine ingredients, master cooking methods, and the use of seasonings. 4. Must possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to cope with pressure in work. 5. Should have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, pay attention to details, and be committed to pursuing high-quality work results. 6. Must be proficient in operating kitchen equipment and tools. 7. Basic English communication skills are required, able to understand English menus and recipes.
