Job responsibilities
1.Based on the group's business development needs, responsible for talent recruitment and team building within the assigned team; 2.Build and maintain recruitment channels, and continuously research and develop talent maps for target positions; 3.Responsible for the management of employee onboarding and offboarding, training support, and performance management within the assigned team; 4.Promotion opportunities: This position can develop into a Human Resources Manager or a Recruitment and Performance Management Manager.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources from a 985/211 university, with more than 2 years of experience in recruiting sales talent for fund companies and a total of not less than 5 years of specialized recruitment experience; 2.Deeply engaged in the recruitment of sales talent for dollar funds, possessing a talent pool and channels, with a solid knowledge of fund 3.products, and preference given to those who hold a fund industry qualification certificate; 4.High emotional intelligence, strong learning ability, and self-motivation; Able to handle appropriate work pressure and passionate about human resources work.
